Our Entry Level Pay Rate with no prior experience is $13.00/hr.  With prior related experience and certifications you may start at a higher pay rate. Weekend differential pay is $1.00 per hour in addition to regular pay rate for hours worked any time from Saturdays from 7:00am- Mondays at 7:00am. This position will share 24-hour, on-call duties with the other RAs on a rotating basis. Candidates should have a flexible schedule to allow for changing situations and be able to adapt to unplanned events and re-prioritize work schedule to receive calls during the overnight hours or go into work for emergency issues that may occur overnight, weekends or holidays. The RA could potentially ‘cover’ any DSP shifts in the event of a ‘call out’, so the candidate should be adaptable to these situations when they arise.
